To professionalize our implementations and accelerate our growth, we are looking for an International Partner Success Manager who makes a real impact on partner performance, implementations and operational quality.

This is a commercially driven rol, your primary responsibility is to grow partner performance and revenue, not to manage relationships or provide support.

About the role

You are responsible for implementing Giftomatic’s tools with new and existing partners. You act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure that implementations lead to maximum revenue. You will work closely with our CEO to set priorities, improve implementations and identify revenue opportunities.

You are the person who ensures that both new and existing partners use Giftomatic optimally, from an operational, content and strategic perspective.

You will also collaborate closely with our in-house development team, translating insights, bottlenecks and opportunities from the market into potential new product and development directions.

Responsabilities

  • Coordinating and executing implementations with new and existing partners.
  • Analyzing and optimizing user flows, tracking, deep links and product feeds.
  • Improving partner flows and campaigns to increase conversion.
  • Monitoring performance, identifying revenue leakage and executing improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively engaging with partners to improve performance.
  • Contributing to product improvements based on insights from day-to-day partner usage.
  • Identifying the largest revenue opportunities and turning them into tangible results

Who you are

  • You quickly identify commercial opportunities and know how to act on them.
  • You have experience delivering implementations, for example within a SaaS environment.
  • You are a strong and credible conversation partner who can convince hesitant stakeholders.
  • You are analytically strong and can quickly recognize trends, issues and opportunities.
  • You are hands-on, work independently and take full ownership of your implementations.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing oversight.
  • You have a proactive mindset: you do not wait, you take action.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where quality and results matter.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • You understand how tracking, user flows and conversion paths work, without needing to code yourself.
  • Experience in the gift card or affiliate marketing industry is a plus.
